HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOL

In the light of the exceptional situation we are experiencing due to COVID 19, we have implemented a series of hygienic-sanitary measures to guarantee the health of our customers and our workers.
Each worker receives training on cleaning and sanitary measures and guidelines for action to ensure their safety and that of our customers.

MEASURES TO GUARANTEE SAFETY DISTANCE:
- A minimum distance of 1.5 m must be maintained. Otherwise, the use of a mask will be mandatory.
- Use of gloves and protective masks by our workers.
- The furniture in the common areas is reorganized to guarantee social distance and rules of use are established to control their capacity and the safety of the clients.
- In order to organize the entrance and exit of the clients and to avoid contact with different suppliers, check-in, check-out and breakfast schedules are modified:
- Check-in: 16:00 - 21:00 h
- Check-out: Until 11:00 h
- Breakfast will be held in two shifts to avoid crowds and maintain social distance:
- 1st Shift: 7:30 - 8:15 h
- 2nd Shift: 8:30 - 9:30 h
Furniture will be disinfected between each shift.
- Customers are not allowed to use the elevator unless it is strictly necessary.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES IN COMMON AREAS:
- Dispensers with disinfectant solution are placed in the accommodation lobby and at the entrance to the building. Their use is recommended by clients.
- A disinfectant mat is installed at the entrance of the building to ensure the sanitization of shoes and luggage wheels.
- A waste bin with a lid, pedal and replaceable bag is available in the common room.
- Workers will be provided with appropriate work clothes and protective means such as gloves and a mask.
- The establishment and the surfaces that are most frequently touched (bars, door knobs, handles, etc.) are cleaned and disinfected with products recommended and authorized by the health authorities and in safe conditions according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Autocheck-in: 1-2 days before the customer's arrival, an email will be sent to him/her from which he/she can check-in online and therefore limit the waiting time at reception.
- The key cards to access the room will be previously disinfected.
- Payment by card or other electronic means is recommended. The POS, cards, pen, etc. will be disinfected after each contact.
- When the staff provides the service of transporting the client's luggage, disposable gloves and/or disinfectant towels will be available to clean the handles.
- Information leaflets, cards, maps, etc. will be removed from free access. They will be provided directly to the customer properly sanitized.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES IN EACH ROOM:
- Bed plaids will be removed from all rooms. Only freshly washed or disinfected fabrics are used.
- The blankets in the wardrobes will be protected.
- Towels and bed linen will be properly washed and disinfected at a temperature over 60º.
- Rooms will be properly ventilated.
- Cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces with a high level of use/contact such as telephone, coat hangers, hair dryer (including filter), remote control, switches, handles etc.
- Thorough disinfection between clients.
- Cross contamination is prevented by putting clean clothes only after cleaning and disinfection of the room.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES IN BREAKFAST SERVICE:
- In order to avoid crowding in the breakfast room and to maintain a safe distance, breakfast buffet is replaced by table service.
- Two breakfast shifts are established:
- 1st Shift: 7:30 - 8:15 h
- 2nd Shift: 8:30 - 9:30 h
- Disinfection of furniture between each shift
- Washing of dishes, cutlery and glassware at a temperature over 60º.
