Important information:
This hotel does not allow stag or hen parties or similar celebrations.
Number of guests per room:
The number of guests cannot exceed the maximum capacity of each room.
Conditions concerning children and extra beds:
Children of all ages are welcome.
All children under 3 years can stay free of charge in baby cots in rooms with 2, 3 and 4 beds.
Maximum number of cots in the room: 1 (with prior reservation).
Possibility to add an extra bed in the deluxe double room (subject to additional charges depending on the season).
Maximum number of extra beds in room: 1.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Parking
Free public parking area less than 100 metres away.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Breakfast service:
All our customers have breakfast service included in their reservation.
This service consists of a buffet breakfast that will be served in the lounge from 7:00 am to 10:00 am (which may be subject to shifts depending on occupancy).
In the event that any of our customers have any kind of intolerance or allergy, this must be communicated in advance.
Conditions of payment:
Advance payment is not required.
Pay directly at the hotel. Credit card details required to guarantee reservation.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation of reservation is free up to 48 hours prior to date of arrival.
100% fee will be charged for the first night if cancellation is done 48 hours prior to the date of arrival.
No show, 100% fee charged for the total amount of stay.
Groups
Special cancellation policies or charges may apply for group reservations (more than 2 rooms for the same property/stay dates).
Arrival time:
Daytime check in is from 15:00 hours onwards in order to facilitate proper room cleaning. Check in ends at 21:00 hours.
Check-in time will end at 9pm.
Customers must show a valid photo ID and a credit card at the time of check in.
Minimum age for check in: 16 years.
Check out::
Guests must leave the room before 11:00 hours on the day of departure. Any late departure entitles the establishment to invoice customer for one more night.
Calculation of stay period:
The room is rented for a natural period of one day and for the minimum stay period requested. There are no half day or hourly charges, and the accommodation day ends at 11:00 hours on the day of departure.
