PRIVACY POLICY
For the purposes of the provisions of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April on the Protection of Personal Data JUNCAL-FROJÁN, SL with CIF B36514016 informs the user of the existence of an automated file of personal data called CLIENTES whose main purpose is the control, management and billing of customers of the company registered in the RGPD (General Register of Data Protection).

SENDING AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The sending of personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by JUNCAL-FROJÁN, S.L. Also, failure to provide the requested personal data or not accepting this data protection policy means the inability to subscribe, register or receive information from these services.
In accordance with the provisions of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the personal data obtained as a result of your sending personal data will be incorporated into a file owned by JUNCAL-FROJÁN, S.L. with address at Rúa Fornos nº 13 - 1º, CP 36650 Caldas de Reis, Pontevedra, ESPAÑA having implemented all the security measures established in the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December.

The User who sends the information to JUNCAL-FROJÁN, S.L. is the only responsible for the veracity and correction of the included data, exonerating JUNCAL-FROJÁN, S.L. of any responsibility in this respect.
The users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.
JUNCAL-FROJÁN, S.L. is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, so it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of such information.
The Company is exonerated from liability for any loss or damage that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by JUNCAL-FROJÁN, S.L. provided that it comes from sources outside the company.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
JUNCAL-FROJÁN, S.L. will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in the case of being transferred to a third party there would be a prior information requesting the express consent of the affected.

EXERCISE OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION RIGHTS
You may send your communications and exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by post to Rúa Fornos nº 13 - 1º, CP36650 Caldas de Reis, Pontevedra, or by e-mail to administracion@juncalfrojan.com together with valid legal proof, such as a photocopy of your ID card, and indicating "DATA PROTECTION" in the subject line.

The User declares to have been informed of the conditions on protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing thereof by JUNCAL-FROJÁN, S.L., in the manner and for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
JUNCAL-FROJÁN, S.L. reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or case law as well as industry practices. In such cases, JUNCAL-FROJÁN, S.L. will announce on this page the changes introduced with reasonable notice before their implementation.
